We generally recommend that you discuss with us first before purchasing a domain name. It’s easier to have your domains and hosting located with the same provider, and if we’re helping you with your website, we will actually purchase your domains for you and you don’t have to worry about anything! Also, some of the larger domain companies try to up-sell you on various unnecessary features. As a general rule, a new domain with a common domain extension (.com, .ca, etc) should cost between $10 and $25 per year. Learn more about domain name registration.

Webhosting is the activity or business of providing storage space and access for websites. Your webhost provides the physical server that your website is stored on. Webhosting should include features like 24/7 support, daily automated backups, webmail and email services, online control panels, website traffic statistics, and other technical specs. Your website is a completely custom designed and developed project based on your company’s branding and marketing needs. While we can give you a general idea of website cost, the actual price depends on various factors from size and scope of the website, including features, functionality, and search engine optimization needs. We are based out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and are highly involved in local business networking here in Calgary. This means that many of our clients are Calgary-based businesses, but not at all a requirement. We are happy to communicate over phone or email and work with you, regardless of location. While every website we build is a unique situation, generally you can expect a website to be completed within two to six weeks of the initial deposit. We typically aim for about a  month from start to finish unless there are specific deadlines to hit. This timeline can vary based on how fast the client provides feedback and content. We aren’t opposed to rush projects either, so just give us a call to find out how we can help you.
